It’s true, when you look good, you feel good. You feel confident. To some it might be superficial, but I think that’s just judging others for wanting something better for themselves.

It’s not a bad thing to want to look good. It doesn’t make you any less of a good person. It actually can make you a better person.

When you feel good in your body, when you’re confident in what you’re wearing – you’re more open to things and approach life with a different attitude. You’re prepared to meet anyone and you don’t need to hide behind a dumpster or explain yourself for the way you look.

Top Proven Ways To Look Good!

1. A good and deep night’s sleep.

Indeed, we all know how important this is, and the majority of us never get enough, especially when we have somebody to take care of, like babies, older parents. But all of us also know how much better we feel when we get enough.

2. Plenty and more of water.

If you grab couple of glass of water when you’re thirsty, you’ve waited way much too long. Drink water al the time almost nonstop, and you should be very well hydrated. Your sink will be  much better and clearer, and the outcome will be the best.

3. Good stand and posture.

If you’re sitting right now standup and move!, make a  slight change and point to straighten your back slowly and comfortably, rest your shoulders, and align your chin at a relaxed angle.

There, how do you feel, isn’t that slightly better?

4. Wake up a little earlier.

Even if it’s 15 minutes – you can do a lot during that time. I’m able to take a super quick shower, brush my teeth, put some natural makeup on and dress.

5. Taking a hot shower regularly.

Sounds silly, but doing so really does change and improve your mood, your productivity, and indeed your appearance.

6. Smile and SMILE.

You will feel good and look prettier/handsome.

with all that don’t forget to smile more often, because when you do – you feel great and you look more friendly and attractive to others.

7. Ditch the Boring Bag (ladies)

Your bag should be a beautiful, high-quality statement piece. It should not be boring, or frumpy, or dated. After all, you carry it every day, and a blah bag can bring down your whole outfit. When you’re physically working your body, it goes without saying that you feel better about your appearance.

Exercise will make you feel good, it can help you lose weight and become leaner and it helps your blood circulation so that vital organs like your skin get fresh nutrients quicker.

Exercise also helps your posture improve, you look more awake and you feel happier. Which automatically makes you look good.

10-20 minutes of yoga/jogging in the morning and those 10 minutes change everything! Like everything.
